Annually, all homeowners are invited to an open meeting at Broadway United Methodist Church at 7:00. This meeting provides an opportunity to meet the Board of Directors and your fellow homeowners, and to voice your concerns and discuss issues of importance to you. ·          Detective Brown from KCMO Police Department, Property Crimes Division will speak briefly and take questions

·          Vote on changes to the by-laws

·          Hear about the year in review

·          Ask questions, meet more neighbors, learn about your neighborhood
