communications committee

Purpose:   

The purpose of this committee is to keep homeowners informed about  events, issues and topics of interest as well as provide a forum to communicate. It is also responsible to communicate with the City and other homes associations in our area about issues of mutual interest.

 

These are our major means of communication::

 

·          The monthly newsletters written by Michelle Cour

·          The website, maintained by Shannon Ericson

·          The WPHA message group through Yahoo moderated by Drew Sullivan (

 

Goals:

Revamp our website to make it more informative and user-friendly

Create and publish a welcome brochure and a history of our neighborhood

Volunteer Opportunities:

 

One or more volunteers who’d help with all or part of these responsibilities.

 

·          Monitor the WPHA E-mail address and respond or forward the letters as appropriate

·          Help with maintenance on the web site

·          Write articles, take photographs and make phone calls to prepare stories for publication
