Overview

Every spring, WPHA sponsors a neighborhood garage sale for everyone living in our homes association. It’s typically held either the first or second week of June before the weather gets too hot.  We own a couple large banners and quite a few yard signs which we place in strategic areas a week before the event to show drive-by traffic that we’re holding the event. We also put ads in the Kansas City Star and Wednesday Magazine. We typically draw large crowds from Jackson and Johnson counties. If you want to participate, just put out a sign and draw a crowd. Good luck with your sale.
