Purpose: The purpose of the Infrastructure committee is to maintain the common structures in the homes association area such as the markers that indicate the boundaries of Ward Parkway Homes Association. It also coordinates catch basin maintenance, street light upkeep and sidewalk repair. It is responsible for replacing trees on the easements which become damaged

Major Goal:

To maintain the structures and common areas throughout the neighborhood.

In the past two years, this committee has planted almost 40 new trees on the easements, added 20 urns to the top of the stone markers, and has replanted the Terrace Island median.

Planted 24 trees on easement areas around the neighborhood. These spaces either had no trees or had a tree that was damaged by severe weather and needed to be replaced.

Volunteer opportunities:

Need volunteers to put their garden on the Spring Garden Tour.

Need homeowners with stone markers on their property to sign up to maintain an urn to be added to the top of the marker.
